Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you're not, return it for Store Credit! Please see return policy and shipping charges below.

First:  Email nicole@bleu-lotus.com if you want to return an item or something is damaged.

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to make a return. 
  • Refunds will be given in the form of Store Credit only. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue your store credit for a future purchase.
  • Exchanges are not an option since inventory changes day to day so quickly.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except tried on) or unused, with ALL original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • We have the right to refuse a return once we receive it if the item shows signs of stains (deodorant, makeup, etc), perfume or smoke smells, body odor, pet hair, or anything else that would make it unable to be sold again. Shoes cannot show scuffs or signs of being worn outside.  
  • NO refunds on Accessories (i.e. bags, purses, jewelry, hats, scarves, belts), undergarments, sports bras, bralettes, swimsuits, or anything marked final sale/clearance, or price ending in .99.
  • Shoes/boots must be returned in the original undamaged box and then placed in another shipping box like it was sent to you. Do not place the shipping label directly on the shoe box when sending back, or it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Shipping Charges:

  • Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged.
  • You may send your package back to us using the most cost effective shipping method.
  • Please record tracking info because we are not responsible for lost items.
  • Original (if any) and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at nicole@bleu-lotus.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
